Last Updated: September 6, 2026

Welcome to GlucoTrack Pro (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe and positive experience while using our mobile application, GlucoTrack Pro (the “App”), and our website, pinflares.com (the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our App and Site. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App or Site.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Health Data — Stored Locally

GlucoTrack Pro is designed to help you record and monitor health-related information, such as:

  • Blood sugar/glucose readings
  • Blood pressure readings
  • Medication logs
  • Notes and other health-related records you choose to enter

Health-related information that you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, upload, or store this personal health information on our servers.

You maintain control over the health information stored within the App. This information is only shared outside your device when you explicitly choose to use an available export or sharing feature, such as generating and sharing a PDF report.

Please note that once you voluntarily share or export a report to another person, application, cloud service, messaging service, or other destination, that information may be subject to the privacy practices of the recipient or service you choose.

B. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the App, certain non-health and technical information may be collected automatically through the App and its third-party service providers. This may include:

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system version, app version, language, and certain device or advertising identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the App, such as features used, screens viewed, and general interaction patterns.
  • Diagnostic Information: Crash reports, error logs, performance information, and similar technical diagnostics that help us identify and resolve technical problems.

We use this information primarily to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the App.

C. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase the Premium version of GlucoTrack Pro, the transaction is processed through the applicable app store, such as the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

We do not directly collect or store your credit card number, bank account information, or other payment card details.

We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription information and verify whether your purchase or subscription provides access to Premium features. RevenueCat may process information necessary to manage subscriptions, such as purchase and subscription identifiers.

2. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party service providers to support the operation, analytics, stability, subscriptions, and advertising features of the App.

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the App.

AdMob may collect or process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location information, and usage information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and related purposes. Depending on your device settings, location, and applicable laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

You can manage advertising and tracking preferences through your Android or iOS device settings and, where available, through Google’s advertising controls.

Firebase Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App and to help us improve its functionality and user experience.

Analytics information may include events such as feature usage, session information, app version, device information, and other technical information. We do not use Firebase Analytics to intentionally collect or upload the health records that you enter into GlucoTrack Pro.

Firebase Crashlytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, errors, and technical problems and to improve the stability of the App.

Crash reports may contain technical diagnostic information, such as device information, operating system information, app version, and crash stack traces. Crashlytics is not intended to collect or store the health records you enter into the App.

RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to help manage and validate in-app subscriptions and Premium access.

RevenueCat may process information necessary to identify and manage purchases and subscription status. It does not provide us with your payment card details.

For more information, please review the privacy policies of these providers:

3. How We Use Information

We may use automatically collected technical and usage information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
  • Improve the App, its features, and user experience.
  • Understand general usage trends and interactions.
  • Monitor and improve App performance and stability.
  • Detect, prevent, and troubleshoot technical problems.

  • Protect the App against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade the personal health information that you enter into GlucoTrack Pro.

Because your health records are designed to remain stored locally on your device, we do not maintain a server-side database of those health records for our own use.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal health information.

We may share or allow access to limited technical, diagnostic, analytics, advertising, or subscription-related information with third-party service providers described in this Privacy Policy when necessary to operate and improve the App.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

Your health records remain stored locally unless you explicitly choose to export or share them.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the App and our services.

Because your health records are stored locally on your device, the security of those records also depends on the security of your device.

We strongly recommend protecting your device with:

  • A strong device passcode or password
  • Biometric authentication, where available
  • Device encryption
  • Up-to-date operating system and security updates

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, while we take reasonable measures to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your country, state, or region, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or other applicable privacy legislation.

Depending on applicable law, these rights may include:

  • The right to know what personal information is collected or processed.
  • The right to access personal information.
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate information.

  • The right to opt out of certain forms of advertising or tracking.
  • The right to data portability, where applicable.
  • The right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Health Data Stored in the App

Because your health records are stored locally on your device rather than on our servers, we generally cannot access, retrieve, correct, or delete those records on your behalf.

You can manage your locally stored health records using the features provided within the App or by deleting the App’s stored data/uninstalling the App, depending on your device and operating system.

If you use the App’s export or sharing functionality, you are responsible for managing the resulting copy of your information.

For privacy requests relating to information that we or our service providers may process, you may contact us using the contact information provided below.

7. Children’s Privacy

GlucoTrack Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App or Site, please contact us.

If we become aware that we have knowingly collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information, where applicable.

If local law requires a higher minimum age for processing personal information without parental consent, that higher age will apply.

8. Data Retention

Health records entered into GlucoTrack Pro are designed to remain stored locally on your device. We do not maintain those health records on our servers.

Technical, analytics, crash, advertising, and subscription-related information may be retained by us or our third-party service providers for periods necessary to provide their respective services, improve the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce applicable agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the service provider involved.

9. Advertising and Tracking

The free version of GlucoTrack Pro may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

Advertising providers may use device identifiers and other information to provide, measure, and improve advertising, subject to your device settings, applicable laws, and the provider’s policies.

You may be able to limit personalized advertising or advertising-related tracking through the privacy settings of your Android or iOS device.

Premium users may receive an ad-free experience where such functionality is included with their Premium subscription.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our services, third-party providers, or applicable legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we handle information.

Your continued use of the App after changes to this Privacy Policy become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
